It's surreal right now. This is a phenomenal time of my life. I didn't think we would win. I just thought we would get in the top five.

It really is surprising that they became that good at something like this. Where we live, no one rides bikes competitively.

We just had to stay on their wheels. I just kept that thought in my head and made sure we held our lead.

I think she's a part of this. I feel a little better for my sister.

She helped me out with track riding. I didn't know anything about positioning and she helped me out, gave me tips.

She was there every step of the way with me on my biking career. I just want to thank her for that.
